I think we did pretty well considering neither of us have any raid gear save for my Archavon pants (god, so ugly). I guess you could argue all it proves is that the comp is overpowered :>

Realm first?
I believe so, but I’m not 100% sure – if you look at the Eldre’thalas 2v2 bracket there’s six teams over 2k (not including us). Panhead/Xcap’s hunter priest team, Udrick and Path, the Echelon holy/unholy, Dwarfyman and Mossdead, Stanso’s rogue/rshaman, and Endarl’s dpriest/rogue. None of the characters on any of those teams have the achievement, but I guess someone could have got it and then disbanded their team or something along those lines.
The only team above 2k in the 3v3 bracket is Odiscious’ RMP, and none of them have the title either.
In fact, a large number of those characters do not even have Hot Streak!

In search of some slightly more conclusive evidence than “lol I checked some armories”, I wrote a small script to check the “first page” teams (top 20) for each bracket, go through each member (including those with crap PR, the more the merrier) and note down which of the three achievements they have.
There’s 141 distinct characters on ET first-page teams. You can view the script here and the results here. First X is hot streak, second is hotter streak, third is hot hot hot streak.
TL;DR version: it’s pretty likely we’re the first.
