Blind (Rogue) is now in the same diminishing returns category as Fear effects, but no longer shares diminishing returns with Cyclone (Druid).

    Ahem.

    This also dicks rogue/lock something fierce, since seduce is in the Fear category. And I admit I’m surprised to see that it was possible to make Fire & Brimstone any worse, or to make destro pve any more irritating (qv. Glyph of Conflag).

    OTOH, Nether Protection needed exactly the nerf it got, which is encouraging. Also the death coil change is interesting – healthstone you throw at people, &c.
